If your bag arrives damaged, develops a defect, or stops performing as expected within 1 year of purchase - we'll send you a brand new replacement, no questions asked.

What's covered: Manufacturing defects, material failure, broken seal, insulation issues, and damage during shipping.

What's not covered: Intentional misuse, cuts, burns, or normal wear from heavy use.

Simply contact us at support@wildreach.store with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll ship your replacement within a few business days.

Important: Each warranty covers one sleeping bag. If you're ordering multiple bags, add one warranty per item.
